What If I Encounter a Technical Problem Taking a Quiz?

No problem. To account for any technical issues that may arise when students take quizzes, 2 of the lowest quiz scores for each course will be removed and not count towards the student’s grade. For example, let's say you had difficulty in taking one quiz and it didn't record your correct answer. That quiz would automatically be one of two quizzes that would be omitted from your final grade. That would leave one additional quiz that could be removed due to a low score or an issue. This serves to account for any technical issues that may arise when a student is submitting a quiz.
There's no need to contact us if you experience a technical issue or problem on a quiz since if this happens the calculation is done automatically.
